FAMILY LAW LITIGATION PHILOSOPHY

Family law cases are difficult. Because I am a mother and wife, I understand that working to undo a marriage and to protect children is emotional, disruptive, and challenging. My job in these cases is to listen, advise, and then to advocate for results. Honesty is a critical component to my representation. For an optimum and efficient result, clients require my unvarnished opinion regarding how their case will be received and resolved in court. I am experienced in all aspects of family law, including divorce and dissolution, post-decree litigation, and parenting arrangements for unmarried parties. And while I cannot promise that your case will be free from emotions or burdens, I do pledge my hard work, my judgment, and the benefit of my experience.
